Already have a Nature Body Nettle Shampoo or Conditioner bottle? Send your empty bottle back to us and we’ll clean, refill, and return it to you.
Please note: This refill service is for existing Nature Body Nettle Shampoo and Conditioner bottles only. You will need to send your empty bottle(s) back to us before we can complete your order.
How it works
- Select the shampoo or conditioner refill(s) you need and add them to your cart. You can also add any other Nature Body products you’d like to order at the same time.

Please include your name or order number inside the parcel so we can easily match your bottles to your order. It saves us having to play detective when parcels arrive! 😊
Refill orders will be completed once your empty bottles have been received at our workshop. We recommend using a tracked service when returning your bottles, as we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged on their way to us.
- Once your bottles arrive at our workshop, we’ll refill them and send them back to you with the rest of your order.
Refill credit
The refill price includes a $3 credit per bottle compared with purchasing a new bottle.
Return postage to our workshop is at your cost. Shipping back to you is calculated as part of your online order.
Returning glass at the same time?
You’re welcome to include clean, empty Nature Body glass bottles and jars in the same parcel for us to reuse or recycle.
We offer a $1 online credit for each eligible Nature Body glass bottle or jar returned. We’ll arrange this credit separately once we receive your empties, as these returns aren’t included in the refill product price.
A handy tip
Many of our regular refill customers keep two bottles of shampoo or conditioner on the go. That way, one can be sent back for refilling while there’s still a full bottle at home.
It can also be worthwhile timing your refills with your usual Nature Body order. You can add any other products you need to your cart and have everything sent back together.
If you’re ordering other Nature Body products at the same time, your complete order will be held and shipped once we receive and refill your empty bottle(s).
Please make sure bottles are clean and empty before returning them, and include the original screw-top lids. Pumps do not need to be returned.
