Shipping policy

Payments 
All prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars. Prices of products and delivery are current at the time of display and are subject to change without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. The information on this website is provided in good faith. Nature Body does not make any warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of the information on the website.

The amount payable to Nature Body will be the total of the following amounts:

  1. The sum of the price of each product ordered as indicated on the website at the time submitting the order; and
  2. The cost of delivery as determined by the shipping address provided (unless picking up from one of our specified locations).

We offer the payment options of:

  • direct deposit into our New Zealand bank account (NZ customers only); or
  • by a credit card payment through a secure online payment platform; or
  • via AfterPay.

All personal information, delivery address (including any relevant delivery instructions), email, payment details, etc. must be entered correctly to ensure that we can send your product(s) quickly and correctly.


Shipping
We aim to send products out within two business days of receiving your payment (it is usually the same or next day). Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. If there are any unexpected delays with processing orders, we will contact you immediately.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email confirming shipping details.

Nature Body is not responsible for any shipping delays and shall not be held liable for any reasonable delays beyond our advertised delivery timeframes.

All of our delivery methods are fully tracked and traceable, and require signature on delivery.  

NZ Orders
New Zealand Couriers is our domestic freight carrier. Parcels can be delivered to rural, residential, and business addresses. Delivery time is usually overnight (next business day) to urban addresses from the date of shipment. Please allow up to three extra days for rural deliveries. Please note that our carrier does not ship to Post Office Boxes. 

In the unlikely event that a package is lost, we will launch a query with the freight carrier and keep you informed of the order status.

International Orders
Our international freight supplier for deliveries to Australia, USA, Canada, Asia, and Europe is DHL. Delivery time for overseas parcels is usually approximately 2-10 days, although it may be a bit longer if your address is further out from a main centre. Please note we cannot ship to Post Office or Military Boxes.

Any taxes and/or duties payable in the country of delivery (or other charges incurred whilst in transit) are the customer’s responsibility.

We work with an exclusive distributor in Hong Kong and Macau and are therefore unable to accept any orders from these areas. See our international stockists for further details and to purchase from them directly.


Pickup from Return to Eden Gallery
You will receive an email to confirm your order is ready to collect, usually within two working days. Pick-up is only available from Return to Eden Gallery, 13 Selmes Road, Rapaura during opening hours (provided in the order confirmation email).

Here are some tips for picking up your order:

  • Bring your order confirmation email with you to pick up your order. This is to make sure you get the right order. If another person is collecting on your behalf, they will need to show your order confirmation email.
  • Pickups will be held for a maximum of four weeks from the order date.

Our Refund and Exchange Policy applies from day of confirmation of order (that first email we send you).
