I've been using this balm for a number of years now. I've tried all the pharmacy cures. Not impressed with them at all.
I use this balm every night at bed time as a general moisturiser & as a preventative. When I do get an episode I put it on hourly. It certainly reduces the symptoms & the time to heal. I'm surprised as to how well it works! 🤗
