A beautiful recipe formulated to calm and soothe
Beautiful Recipe for Grief Oil
It’s been a rough couple of years, and it feels like we all know someone struggling right now. When our friends and whānau are having a tough time, it’s sometimes hard to know how to support them, especially when they’re grieving.
The gestures we appreciated the most when our Dad died unexpectedly were the basket of home grown veges, the freshly grown salad greens, the offer of a cardigan, and the lovely homemade meals.
Unfortunately I’m not great at cooking and my garden is tiny, so I formulated this special oil to give to whanau and friends in their time of grief. I wanted to share it with you in the hopes it can bring you and yours a fraction of peace and provide a small respite from the jangled nerves and anxiety caused by your grief.
